Comprehensive Remodel and Additions • Wild Dunes – Isle of Palms

This home was roughened by wear and tear from years of island weather. The owners chose to go beyond just repairing the damage. They sought our help in renovating the house from top to bottom.

This process included a 900-square-foot addition, an elevated infinity pool, and approximately 2500 square feet of decking and porches.

We replaced all the windows, the siding, and the roofing, and renovated the interior throughout. In addition, we re-landscaped the yard and installed a beautiful paver driveway. The 100-year old beams and flooring (and countless details) details make this home remarkable.
