New Construction • Collins Creek Landing – Murrells Inlet

We began by selecting an existing home design, which we then customized to complement the features of the lot. We increased the overall square footage of the house, and opened it up on the inside, moving walls and doors, then widening openings and stairs. A screened porch and deck were added to enhance the outdoor living spaces.

We positioned the house on the lot to take advantage of the view of the pond, and to make the most of the yard.

The fire pit was built from FireRock that does not transfer heat, and we salvaged pavers from a classic 1935 house to fit perfectly around the top of it. We finished the outside with an oyster parge to match the chimney.
