Comprehensive Remodel and Additions • The Groves – Mt. Pleasant #1

The owners fell in love with the authentic southern charm of this historic home. However, it was in need of some serious work. Our challenge was to upgrade the home while preserving as much as possible of its original character.

We moved walls replaced floors, and enlarged windows. We even removed the roof in order to create a vaulted ceiling for the great room.
